Welcome to FGP Midwest. By accessing our website, ordering products, registering for training, or interacting with our systems, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Use

FGP Midwest provides resinous flooring materials, tools, training, and contractor support.
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and order information

Use our products according to technical guidelines and safety data sheets

Not misuse our systems or attempt to interfere with website functionality

2. Orders & Fulfillment

2.1 Store Pickup

Orders placed by 12 PM EST typically process the same business day.
Pickup available at:
2000 Coopers Lane, Jeffersonville, IN 47130

Pickup orders are held for up to 14 days.
After that, storage fees or cancellation may occur.

2.2 Shipping

Ground shipments: 3–5 business days after carrier hand-off
Freight shipments: Pallets/drums quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch

Free freight applies to orders over $10,000.

We cannot ship freight to P.O. boxes.
Residential lift-gate fees may apply.

2.3 Special-Order Items

Items not stocked locally may require freight to FGP Midwest before pickup.
This freight cost is billed separately.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of chemical coatings:

Opened or mixed products are final sale

Custom-tinted or special-order items are non-returnable

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days

Returns receive store credit only, minus a restock fee

Restock fees:

7% for counter returns

10% for online returns
Customer pays return shipping on online orders.

Refunds to original payment methods may not be available.

4. Contractor Tiers & Verification

If you participate in contractor workflows, you agree to provide accurate business information.
Pricing tiers, discounts, and freight arrangements may vary by tier.

5. Training Courses

By registering for a training course, you agree to:

Attend scheduled dates

Follow all safety protocols

Follow instructor guidance

Provide accurate contact information for updates or rescheduling

FGP Midwest may reschedule or cancel training due to weather, emergencies, or minimum attendance requirements.

6. SMS, Email & Voice Notifications

By engaging with our systems, you consent to:

Order updates

Workflow notifications

Delivery or pickup instructions

Technical support follow-ups

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Liability

FGP Midwest is not liable for:

Improper installation of coatings

Misuse or misapplication of products

Failure to follow manufacturer data sheets

Environmental conditions affecting cure or performance

Always consult TDS/SDS before installation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms of Service as needed.
The latest version will always be posted here.
